Beer Grower’s Passion Sorbet Edition – 33cl bottle

Did you know that hops and cannabis are part of the same botanical family? It is no coincidence that their products are the two greatest passions of our growers!

Sorbet is a full American Pale Ale style beer, born to be drunk in large gulps. The choice to focus on this style is not accidental: our focus was to enhance the aromatic range developed by our Californian genetics.
It has a slightly amber color, clean but not limpid with a compact and quite persistent foam. The slightly toasted malts used create an excellent balance with the bitterness of the American hops used and are enriched and enhanced by a boost of Sorbet flowers, added exclusively in the dry hopping phase. By avoiding cooking the buds, we were therefore able to maintain the primary aromas of the flower, safeguarding its precious essential oils.

The nose is definitely dominated by hops, fruity with hints of peach, mango and other yellow fruit such as apricot. Present the typical herbaceous scent and, in the background, a cereal aroma given by the malt, which recalls bread but also brings to mind something sweet. In the mouth, thanks to the special combination of essential oils of hops and cannabis, it gives an explosion of flavor, in which you get lost between the mango, but also the herbaceous, citrus and resinous hints. We find Sorbet in the bursting notes of citrus and black tea, sweet, warm and inviting thanks to its infusion following primary fermentation. The whole is closed by an elegant, unobtrusive bitterness which however persists for a long time and immediately calls for another sip.
Perfect for all occasions: to degrease greasy or spicy dishes but also to be drunk on a sunny afternoon.
